The sources supplied here are adapted from DropShell 2.0, DropUnix 1.1, gifscan.c (originally written for command line systems) and Apple's TESample. The application has been built using MetroWerks CodeWarrior 6 (since I have not yet received 7 at this moment).
To rebuild the Balloon Help stuff, you need either MacPerl or perl for MPW to build the
.r file, and MPW Rez (or SARez) to build the resource file containing the Balloon data. This file is then added to the project and linked at the next build. Using ToolServer from the CodeWarrior environment is an easy way to do this all. In CW 7, a resource compiler is built-in I have heard, so you could just add the .r file to the project. (Just like in the THINK Project Manager).
